Record the complete bottle path from loading through orientation, discharge, normal stop and restart so the accepted machine route is supported by usable evidence.
Video evidence plan
Record one continuous bottle path from loading to accepted discharge.
The video should identify the bottle format and machine setting, then show the stages that determine whether the route is suitable. Avoid editing out stops, intervention, recirculation or recovery.

Why should the video be continuous?
A continuous recording preserves the stop, restart, intervention and recirculation evidence that can be lost in a short edited outfeed clip.
Does every bottle need a separate recording?
Use at least the representative extremes of each approved bottle family and any format with distinct geometry or orientation behaviour.
What should be visible at the outfeed?
The recording should show upright stability, the agreed presentation, guide entry and the handover to the downstream conveyor.
Should a downstream stop be included?
Yes. A normal backup and restart show whether accumulation and recovery remain controlled under realistic line demand.
Can the video replace a written settings sheet?
No. The video and settings sheet serve different purposes and should be retained together.
